OUR WHY:
To create a High-Performance Leadership Team, we knew our focus had to lie within structured training. This would ensure each leader receives the same information as well as a progressive guide to growth. Without this, we had found ourselves with a leadership team that was questioning what exactly their role was. So, we set out to build the following program that would clearly define each role, as well as create a plan for upcoming leaders and their long-term development with Chick-fil-A Cheltenham.
Our L3AD Program allows for plenty of growth within the company without overwhelming leaders with too much responsibility all at once, hence a “progressive guide to growth”. Each “level” is responsible for a portion of day-to-day operational duties, adding new pieces of the business with each promotion. Each leader will invest in and mentor those wishing to grow with the leadership team.
This all stems from our passion to invest in the community and build a support system for individuals wishing to redefine themselves. Along with instilling in the core values of Chick-fil-A, we also intend to teach lifelong skills and provide mentorship, extending grace and understanding, when others may give up and turn away.
