When do we get paid?

• We are paid bi-weekly on Thursdays. Pay checks can be picked up at/after 2pm. 

Why is my direct deposit not working?

• Direct deposits need to be verified. This typically takes 1-2 pay cycles. If you feel as though it has taken longer than this, please contact the General Manager. 

Who do I contact if I need more/new uniforms?

• The Training Manager and/or Talent Director

What benefits does Chick-fil-A Cheltenham offer?

• 401k - offered to employees after 1 year or 1000 hours.

How do I inquire about growth opportunities?
